Recommended Use:
Adults and children 12 years and older: The usual dose is 1 to 2 capsules per day with or without food. Ensure sufficient fluid intake while taking Biomax® Vitamin C Liposomal. Users should not exceed the recommended maximum dose of 2 capsules per day.

Ingredients:

Each capsule contains:    
L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 500 mg (as liposomal Quali®-C L-ascorbic acid 730 mg).
This is a liposomal formulation that contains approximately 230 mg phospholipids from the bilayer membrane.

Other ingredients:    
Brown rice flour, silica, and vegetable stearate in a clear vegetable capsule.
